About AI Heroes

AI Heroes is a fast-growing AI agency based in Groningen, helping businesses unlock the potential of artificial intelligence through training, consultancy, and development. We make AI practical and accessible for organisations that want to put it to work. We're scaling quickly and looking for commercial reinforcement.

What will you be doing?

As our Sales & Business Development Intern, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our commercial pipeline. You'll work directly alongside the founders and get a lot of ownership:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients (B2B)
• Conducting introductory and sales meetings
• Following up on leads and managing our CRM
• Contributing to commercial strategy and positioning
• Attending networking events and industry meetups
• Supporting the creation of proposals and quotations

What are we looking for?

• You're studying Commercial Economics, International Business, or a related programme (HBO/Bachelor level)
• You're proactive, independent, and not afraid to pick up the phone
• You have an affinity with technology and AI
• You're available for at least 5 months, 32–40 hours per week
