Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer / Media Buyer to lead all of Arc’s performance marketing activities. The ideal candidate has an analytical, data-driven mindset and hands-on experience managing ad platforms from high-level strategy to day-to-day operations. The applicant must be up for the challenging but rewarding experience of aggressively growing our customer base.

You will be responsible for all Performance Marketing/Media Buying within Arc. This includes a strong focus on Paid Social (especially FB and IG) with other channels being Google Ads, and Amazon advertising. The candidate should have a proven track record in driving results through Meta (FB and IG) and TikTok ads for luxury/fashion/tech brands, as well as a deep understanding of Google Ads and Amazon PPC. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of paid social creative as well as technical expertise in setting up and managing tracking pixels and tags using Google Tag Manager and Shopify.

You will work closely with the founder, marketing, and operations teams to ensure we reach the right people, with the right message, at the right time in their customer journey. You will be in a crucial position to lead Arc past 8-figures in annual revenue. Here are some of the questions you will be in charge of answering:

  • How can we optimize our ad spend across Paid Social, Google Ads, and Amazon to maximize ROI and balance the growth of revenue and profit?
  • How much budget should be allocated towards which regions/channels/audiences/creatives and which opportunities are under-leveraged?
  • How can we improve/streamline the process of sourcing and continuously improve performance marketing creatives?

Your Responsibilities

Paid Social Advertising:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta platforms (FB, IG) and TikTok.
  • Responsible for A/B testing and briefings for the creation of new creatives
  • Utilize advanced targeting options and creative optimizations to maximize profitable growth.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Google Ads and Amazon Advertising:

  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to ensure optimal performance and budget allocation.
  • Technical Implementation and Tracking:
  • Ensure that tracking with (Shopify) pixels, Google Tags and reporting is accurate.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Manage marketing budgets ranging from six to seven figures and revenue targets from seven to eight figures.
  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and share best practices.

Job Requirements

Your skills & experience

  • 4-7 years' experience, preferably (partially) in agency environment and/or with luxury/fashion brand
  • Degree in Marketing, Marketing psychology, Data & Analytics or related
  • Strong operational experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
  • Tech savvy & high proficiency with Excel, able to build and maintain consistent reporting and assist in forecasting/analysis
  • Proven track record in researching, briefing, testing, validating and A/B testing new creatives for paid social campaigns with a focus on conversion campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment with a strong sense of ownership and reasonable stress resistance
  • Highly organized, strong time management & communication skills
  • Based in NL or open for hybrid work is a plus
  • Experience with tutoring/managing interns and/or junior colleagues is a plus

Your Compensation & Benefits

  • €52-60.000 EUR per year for 40 hours per week
