Hardware Engineer

What will be your role?

The world of technology is constantly evolving, and at Bollegraaf, we are also continuously working on improving our products. As a Hardware Engineer, you are responsible for independently designing and developing electrical drawings in accordance with applicable standards. You are part of a dynamic team where you work on a project basis designing control panels based on client requirements. You ensure that safety regulations, such as Low Voltage Directives, Machinery Directives, and international standards, are adhered to. In doing so, you select and manage the technical materials for the realization of your design. Additionally, you contribute to new developments for our current and new systems, enabling them to function longer and more efficiently.

You are a strong communicator and do not shy away from establishing both internal and external contacts to achieve the best results. You are a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is open to new ideas.

What do you bring along?

• Education in electrical engineering.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar position.
• You have knowledge of electrical, control, and switching technology.
• You have experience in schematic drafting and are proficient in the E-plan drawing package.
• You work in rotating project teams and ensure that everything runs smoothly for the E-related components, selected with the correct documentation, so that an entire recycling plant or part thereof can function.
• You have a command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• You are aware of the ins and outs regarding safety regulations, quality requirements, and inspection standards.
