What You’ll Do.

Own the full recruiting lifecycle - from role scoping to signed offer
Partner closely with leaders across departments to define hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing market insights, talent intelligence, and best practices into every hiring decision
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on Active Sourcing via LinkedIn
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience - professional, engaging, and seamless from first touchpoint to offer
Continuously improve our recruiting processes and ATS, leveraging modern tools, including AI-driven solutions

What You Bring.

2+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment with a focus on Active Sourcing
Proven success hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services); experience with IT roles is a plus
Strong Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other, modern recruiting tools
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to effectively engage both hiring managers and candidates
Excellent communication skills in English, with confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels
Passion for technology, AI, and scaling teams that drive business growth

Founded in 2015, Klippa aims to digitise and automate administrative processes with modern technology. A great part of that includes the use of machine learning and optical character recognition (OCR). Klippa currently has an international team of over 70 people, with offices in Groningen, Amsterdam, Hamburg, and Brasov.
