Mechanical Pipe Fitter

Function

Eekels | TBI is looking for a Mechanical Pipe Fitter for its Emmen location. As a pipe fitter, you will manufacture pipe sections and pipe assemblies according to specifications and regulations. You will also install pipes, pipe sections, and accessories on systems and machinery.

What is expected of you?

• Manufacturing pipe sections/pipe assemblies according to specifications and instructions;
• Mounting of pipes, pipe sections and accessories to installations, machines and equipment (stress-free);
• Checking the presence of the correct data, materials, tools and resources;
• Ensure that the work is carried out in a safe and correct manner;
• Work according to internal procedures, including the associated administrative registration in the appropriate documents.

Environment

The Mechanical department is part of the Industry & Infrastructure Business Unit and is a key player in mechanical service and maintenance, projects, and specialized equipment manufacturing. The department handles the entire process from new construction, modifications, installation, overhaul, repair, and service & maintenance. The market segments served by the Mechanical department include the process industry, (petro)chemical industry, and the energy sector.

Experience

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• Relevant completed vocational training (mbo) level 4 training or you have reached this level through work experience;
• Possession of a Flange Fitter diploma is a plus;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment;
• Working safely and healthily is important to you;
• Proactive approach.
