What will you do as our Internal Customer Manager?
As a French speaking Internal Customer Manager, you are the central point of contact for a dedicated customer portfolio (dealers and end users) in France.Β In this role, you operate from our Groningen office to stay closely connected with both customers and internal teams. Using digital communication, CRM systems and structured workflows, you ensure smooth processes and an excellent customer experience.
You will manage customer accounts internally, handle customer inquiries and feedback, and ensure consistent, highβquality followβup. Acting as the commercial link between customers, field sales, and marketing, you coordinate information, maintain accurate CRM data, and manage a KPIβdriven pipeline with structured, recurring tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys structured internal work, regular customer interaction through digital channels, and working within clear processes in an office environment.
What youβll do
- Drive growth: strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers through calls, e-mails, and online meetings.
- Win new business: identify, qualify, and onboard new accounts in close collaboration with field sales.
- Own the pipeline: manage your CRM pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve sales targets.
- Promotions & campaigns: present monthly and annual promotions and convert them into sales.
- Support & advise: provide after-sales support, quotations, and advice to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Market insights: stay on top of trends & competitors and share insights with sales/marketing.
- Plan for Success: create an account plan that aligns with our overall sales objectives.
What we offer
- A one-year contract for 32β40 hours per week, with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A gross monthly salary of between β¬ 2.560 and β¬ 3.926 (based on a 40-hour week), depending on your knowledge and experience.

Job requirements
- Proficiency (C1 level) in French & English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Dutch would be an advantage.
- Strong commercial, communication, and insideβsales / accountβmanagement skills.
- Comfortable in an officeβbased role where structure, routine, and wellβorganized processes support consistent customer service.
- Proactive, wellβorganized, and resultβdriven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong digital skills, with confidence using Office tools and CRM systems.
- Affinity with or/and strong interest in agriculture, livestock animals, and the equestrian sector.
- Experience with social selling (LinkedIn, Facebook requests), online demos, or/and light content creation is a plus.
