As our recruiting expert, you not only manage your funnel based on relevant KPIs but also make decisions using a mix of applied analysis and intuition. In addition, you gather clear requirements, engage in dialogue on eye level with our Hiring Managers, and shape a compelling candidate experience.

Within our HR team, you can make a significant contribution to bringing the right talent on board – and thereby actively support the further development and scaling of our company!

 

Your Impact

  • Full-cycle recruiting with focus on specialists and A-Players:Β You lead talents through the entire hiring process – from profiling and active sourcing to the final offer stage.
  • Strategic partner for our Hiring Managers:Β You advise and challenge our managers from the initial profiling to structured pre-selection using our recruitment tools.
  • Employer Branding & Targeted Outreach:Β With compelling job ads, channel-specific strategies, and direct sourcing, you present Global-Tickets as a top employer and attract even passive candidates.
  • Candidate Journey & Talent Pool Building:Β You optimize our candidate communication throughout the journey and build a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Recruiting with AI, KPIs & performance mindset:Β You analyze funnel data, identify optimization opportunities, and develop AI-supported strategies to continuously improve KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates.

 

Your Top 3 Goals

  1. Hire A-Players for upcoming key roles:Β We enable you to fill at least 3 key positions with high performers within your first 6 months.
  2. Optimize our recruiting funnel:Β You identify (automation) improvements along our recruiting funnel and implement new initiatives to win over top talent.
  3. Professionalize candidate communication:Β You enhance our internal and external communication standards to deliver a measurably better candidate experience.

 

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years (or more) full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments with a diverse role mix – ideally in e-commerce or a scale-up.
  • Experience hiring for a broad range of roles – from creative to operational and strategic roles.
  • Thanks to your strategic foresight and organizational skills, you maintain an overview even when faced with complex requirements.
  • Excellent command of English and (at least) strong proficiency in either German or Dutch.
  • Assertive but empathetic communication style to engage with both a diverse pool of candidates and hiring managers.
  • You use ATS tools (e.g.,Β Recruitee or LinkedIn Recruiter) with ease.
  • Experience with market analysis tools, AI-driven sourcing, or personality diagnostics is a plus.
