Job description:
Le Smash is growing, and that is why we are looking for a committed and practical Assistant Manager. In this role, you support the manager in managing the team and the daily operation. You actively participate on the floor and in the kitchen and are an example to the team.
Your tasks:
- Participate in daily operations (kitchen, service, preparation)
- Managing, motivating and guiding employees
- Support with roster planning, orders and inventory management
- Ensuring quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction
- Responsibility in the absence of the company manager
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience in the hospitality or fast service sector
- Has leadership qualities or wants to develop them
- Takes initiative and contributes ideas to improving processes
- Flexible deployment (also evenings and weekends)
- Stress-resistant, communicative and hands-on
