Medior/Senior Backend developer

About the Role

At Klippa, we design and build cloud-native SaaS solutions that are scalable, efficient, and ready for the future. Our tech stack includes Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, Go for backend development, Python for AI components, Angular for the frontend and GraphQL and RESTAPIs for seamless data integration. Your responsibilities:

•You help translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• You come up with suggestions for the architecture and will discuss these with the team lead or CTO.
•You improve and develop backend applications in GO.
• You work independently on your own code, but you also collaborate a lot to make sure your code fits seamlessly with the needs from other teams.
• You will have the freedom to experiment with new technology in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team.

Who are you?

You are a developer who wants to deliver quality. You do this by being critical of your own work, but also on that of others. You are, like the rest of the team, a team player. Cooperation, exchanging ideas and continuous (personal) development are important to you. You love to build the best software that is hyper scalable.

You also have:

• You have a minimum of 3 years (Medior) working experience with a high performance backend programming language. Preferably GO, but Java, C++ or similar is also good. If you have >7 years of experience you will be considered a Senior.
• You have experience building APIs and integrating third party APIs.
•You are ambitious and solution oriented.
• You have a good grasp of what makes good architecture and can implement big architectural changes.

We offer:

•A full-time 32-40 hours/week position
• A fixed salary between € 3000 and € 5500 per month
• 25 vacation days per year (based on a full-time contract) and 8% of the gross wage of the previous year holiday allowance.
