Tasks and duties

Broadly speaking, you help with all common tasks.

• Light gardening work.
• Collecting/disposing of bulky waste.
• Recycling/reuse of materials.
• Simple odd jobs in and around the house.

All of this is for the benefit of our target group, who are not (yet) able to fully participate in society due to psychological, physical, or financial reasons.

Skills and qualities

The most important thing you bring is helpfulness and a willingness to serve our target group and the other employees. We are all here to learn, including from each other.

• We consider respect for others and situations different from what you are used to to be self-evident.
• In addition, we consider it important that you also indicate your own boundaries and limitations, so that we can take these into account when performing the work.
