Most customers who come come for more than just a product. They like to have a chat and perhaps get some extra information.

But that is not all; people also come who would like to view the mill themselves. If possible, arrange for a mill guide to conduct the tour. They are often Dutch speakers, but English and German are also encountered.

Every day is different; you can also advance in the production process or even become a miller.

Tasks and duties

• Helping customers who come into the store.
• Maintaining and, if necessary, replenishing the stock.
• Keeping the store clean.
• Want to know more about flour, baking, etc.
