Tasks and duties

We are a friendly workplace where we believe it is important that you feel comfortable in your role.
People typically bring goods to our thrift store. You sort and check the goods, while the saleable items for the store are stored, cleaned, priced, and displayed in the shop. All of this means that your insight and feel for the thrift business are very important.

Additional information

During the intake, we assess your current situation and what you need. Sometimes, it becomes clear during the intake that there is a possibility for a participation job (Municipality of Groningen), a reintegration program, or a day activity placement. Ultimately, the goal is for both of us to be satisfied.
You may be eligible for an hourly rate, but if you also incur travel expenses, our reimbursement options for an hourly rate are limited. Please discuss this when you speak with us.
