Do you want to help make Parkos a brand? We are a young and ambitious e-commerce company and in recent years we have focused mainly on product and performance marketing. And not without success, we are now active in 15 countries with a club of almost 100 employees and have the ambition to add more countries in the coming years to eventually become the #1 in airport parking.

About Parkos
Parkos is a marketplace that brings together supply and demand for airport parking. Similar to platforms like Booking.com, Uber and Airbnb. Currently we are active at 130 airports in Europe, USA and Australia. Together with our international colleagues we work daily to further expand our offer both within and outside Europe.

We are a scale-up based in Groningen and Amsterdam, from where we currently operate in 15 countries in Europe. You can also find us in the USA & Australia. We are an international company and this is reflected in our team with 20+ nationalities.

About the role and team
For Parkos, it's time to move toward branding. In recent months we have renewed our positioning and proposition and it is time to take this to the market. To set up and guide this process we are looking for a Brand Manager who will tackle this together with his/her team. You have the freedom to put together your own team of specialists who will help you achieve this objective. We would like to look together with you at how the team should look like. You will also work closely with the performance marketing team (8 FTE) for the execution of the campaigns.

This can be done at our office in Groningen, but recently also at our new office in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing our branding strategy
  • Developing and rolling out the media- and campaign strategy
  • Setting up research so we have the right insights to base our strategy on
  • Setting up brand tracking to measure our goals
  • Translate our renewed positioning and proposition to creatives and communication
  • Managing & selecting the agencies (production, media and creative agency)
  • Developing and coordinating the branding campaigns
  • Monitoring our brand assets in all communications
Your profile
  • 3+ years of proven experience in brand management, marketing or brand strategy (in house brand team or an agency background).
  • Experience or want to learn managing and building a team
  • Extensive experience with brand surveys and tracking
  • Worked with media agencies, production and creative agencies
  • Broad experience with integrated campaigns (digital, social, TV, Radio, OOH)
  • Experience building an international brand is a plus
