
Customer Service Agent – German speaking

Our portfolio in the Benelux includes festivals such as Awakenings, Mysteryland, Defqon 1, Tomorrowland, and cultural icons like Paradiso and Dutch Design Week.
Join us as a Customer Service Agent in the heart of Groningen! At our cosy office on Nieuwe Boteringenstraat, you will work side by side with colleagues of various ages and nationalities. As our new Customer Service colleague, you will be the friendly point of contact for fans of various events, including big names like André Rieu, DefQon, Awakenings, and many more. With your enthusiasm, you will assist our fans and help them find the perfect solution. A day as a Customer Service Agent:

Provide the best fan experience: No question is too crazy for you!;

Assist fans via chat, email, social media, and other communication channels;

Work with our ticketing platform and resolve payment and ticket issues;

Report any hiccups or improvements to our Customer Service Coordinators;

Effectively communicate with fans of various events, from hardstyle to classical;
- Discover what happens behind the scenes at the world's largest festivals.
Job requirements

Excellent in the German language in both speaking and writing; knowledge of Dutch is a plus!;

Residing in the Groningen area;

Availability for 24 to 40 hours per week;

Strong multitasking skills with a strong sense of responsibility;

At least one year of experience in a similar role;

Accuracy and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks;

And last but not least, a passion for attending festivals, concerts, or other events in your free time.

Flexible working hours or fixed days, depending on your preference (Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm)!;
