Human Resources (HR) Intern

As an HR Projects Intern, youβll gain hands-on experience within HR, Learning & Development, and Recruitment while contributing to projects that help shape the employee experience within an international organization.
Youβll work closely with the HR team and collaborate with different departments to support and improve a variety of people-focused initiatives. This internship gives you the opportunity to take ownership, contribute ideas, and develop project management skills in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support HR, L&D, and Recruitment projects and initiatives
- Work independently and collaboratively on project-based assignments
- Assist the HR team in executing the HR project roadmap for Q4 2026 and Q1 2027
- Gather input, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to project improvements
- Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives
- Support communication and coordination between departments and stakeholders
- Contribute to the overall success and development of the HR team
- Help improve processes and employee experience initiatives within Youwe
From idea generation to execution, youβll actively contribute to projects that support the growth and development of our people and organization.
Job requirements
Must-haves:
- Available for an internship starting September/October 2026 (5β6 months)
- Available for 32β40 hours per week
- Available to work from the office at least 3 days per week
- Enrolled at a Dutch university or university of applied sciences (HBO/WO)
- Currently studying HRM, Strategic Innovation Management, International Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and social skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
- Organized, accurate, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Affinity with project-based work and taking initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-haves:
- Dutch language skills
- Experience leading or participating in projects (study projects included)
- Interest in HR, Learning & Development, Recruitment, or organizational development
- Interest in international and fast-paced work environments
