What We're Looking For:

• Provides audits and inspections on product quality according to Zebra’s quality-assurance processes
• Conducts nonconforming materials investigation and may report to Zebra’s authorized vendors as appropriate
• Escalates and/or engages management as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues
• Ability to understand specific technical requirements, delivering output following broad framework
• Other research or related activities as deemed necessary
• Acts as the on-site champion for implementing and sustaining global QMS processes
• Conducts regular internal audits of processes and documentation to ensure they adhere to ISO 9001 standards
• Training local personnel on quality procedures and acting as the primary quality resource for the site
• Preparing the site for and acting as the primary point of contact during external ISO 9001 audits
• 0-1 years of experience
• Strong process adherence
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
• Good understanding of Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)
• Attention to detail

Pay Range:

€26,425.00 - €45,300.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
