The Engineering Scientific Meeting is an exceptional opportunity to engage with esteemed engineering researchers from the RUG (University of Groningen) and professionals from the industrial sector.

The event will focus on diverse and cutting-edge topics, including electrolysis, fuel cells and hydrogen, carbon circularity, polymer recycling, and predictive maintenance. The event aims to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between academia and industry.

Program

To accommodate busy agendas, the program has been divided into two parts:

Researchers' Session 13:45 - 15:30 Keynote Speaker: Prof. Margot Weijnen (Chair AES-NWO)
Topic: Funding strategies for researchers and collaboration opportunities with Industry.

Industry and Researchers' Session 15:30 - 17:00 Featuring insights from researchers at RUG and representatives from industry partners such as RWE, SPIC, CIORC, Torrgas, and Demcon on the latest developments in the aforementioned topics.

The hosts highly encourage your presence at both sessions, as the sessions offer valuable networking opportunities and a comprehensive understanding of the advancements in the engineering field.
