Acady is a specialized tutoring company supporting international students in the International Baccalaureate (IB) MYP and DP programs. Through high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions, we empower students to excel academically and reach their full potential.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Account Manager to join our team on an employment basis and ensure a seamless client experience. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, conducting intake sessions with new clients and managing ongoing relationships to guarantee that students receive the best tutoring support possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive intake sessions with new clients to understand their needs and get services started smoothly.
• Account Management: Provide timely support and check in regularly with clients to ensure they feel supported and informed throughout the tutoring process.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement.
• Reporting & Tracking: Monitor client satisfaction, promptly address concerns, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth account operations.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience: Prior experience in account management or client services is preferred, but not required—we will teach you the essentials.
• Knowledge of IB Curriculum: Familiarity with the IB MYP/DP curriculum is a strong advantage, but not a requirement
• Commitment: Availability of 30–40 hours per week across five working days. We are seeking dedicated candidates who can prioritize this role and act as a reliable point of contact, without conflicting commitments such as part-time jobs or studies.
• Long-Term Engagement: We are looking for someone who intends to commit long term and grow with Acady. Our bonus structure ensures there is no ceiling to your salary.
• Location: three to four office days per week at our office in Groningen (Netherlands), optionally with other days remote.
• Eligibility: Candidates must hold an EU passport.
