Assistant Gardener Trainee
Are you ready for a new challenge in the gardening industry? This is your chance! Follow our free retraining program to become a green provider or gardener and obtain recognized certificates within 6 months - completely free of charge. Start the program in February or March for a fresh start and get ready for a green spring!
As a green space provider or gardener, you help to create and maintain green outdoor spaces. During the course, you will learn essential skills, including:
- Plant knowledge: Discover different plant species and learn how to care for and use them.
- Working Safely with the Brushcutter: Become proficient in the safe and effective use of the brushcutter.
- Working safely along the road: Develop skills to work safely in public areas.
- Law and Nature Conservation: Learn the most important rules around nature conservation and sustainability.
- VCA (Safety, Health and Environment): Obtain your VCA certificate for safe working.
- Other work-related courses and certificates: Take additional training relevant to your future role.

About the client
We find a client who suits you perfectly, tailored to your place of residence and the specific wishes of our customers.
What we offer you:
- A free 6-month retraining program;
- A starting salary between €14.58-16.74 per hour (depending on experience);
- Full reimbursement of tuition fees for certificates and courses;
- Guidance and support from a permanent contact person throughout the process.
