Colorectal cancer is the second deadliest yet most preventable cancer. The small, subtle polyps often go unnoticed during colonoscopy, allowing cancer to silently grow into a life-threatening tumor. Every missed polyp is a missed chance to save a life.

At Ameretat, we refuse to let these opportunities slip away. We are building an AI-powered solution to help doctors detect and classify polyps in real-time with high accuracy, ensuring cancer is caught at its earliest, most treatable stage.

We are looking for an AI developer who can further improve and optimize our unique developed AI model and make it work in real-time on medical video streams. If you're passionate about AI in healthcare, real-time image/video processing, and scaling machine learning models into clinic applications, we'd love to hear from you!

Your background

Education in a relevant field such as AI, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experienced in AI programming (3+ years in a related field: AI engineering, computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning).
Strong in Python with experience in image/video processing and frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
End-to-end ML systems builder, training, serving, with Git, Docker.

Bonus Skills

Experience in medical AI or healthcare applications.
Hands-on experience with C++/C, Qt.
Understanding of model optimization, pruning, quantization.
Familiarity with federated learning or cloud deployment (Azure, AWS).
Expertise in model optimization (pruning, quantization, TensorRT, ONNX).
Comfortable with real-time streaming (OpenCV, GStreamer, FFmpeg).

What You’ll Work On

Optimize machine learning models for real-time video inference (latency & accuracy balance).
Deploy AI on GPU/cloud/edge devices.
Handle video stream processing.
Scale AI models from research to production.
Work closely with Startup & hospital partners to test models in real-world settings.
