Reporting to the Senior Brand Activation Manager, this position will be responsible for creating and executing programs to create end user trial of the Cleco high performance cordless tool range. Partnering closely with product teams, sales and distributors this role will create the ‘commercial engine” for our brand Cleco in Europe through targeted marketing, lead generation, distributor programming and other marketing communications. This high visibility role requires a solid B2B marketing skillset with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough competitive and situational assessment of end user verticals to support strategic planning and annual marketing planning
  • Informed by a new lead generation model and category strategy, implement end user campaigns to create opportunities for trial with target verticals
  • Collaborate with global sales team to define and implement programs to accelerate distribution engagement with Cleco cordless
  • Develop a content strategy to support marketing communications channels
  • Actively seek out and understand distributor and end user VOC through regular contact to successfully establish new promotions and programs to drive growth
  • Work closely with product teams to effectively launch new product promotions
  • Monitor/track and analyze the effectiveness of programs to support reporting, course corrections, and decision-making
  • Evangalizes program to customers, end users, and internal through effective communications
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in B2B marketing in Europe
  • Deep understanding of full funnel marketing, experience in managing campaigns
  • Experience working with cross functional teams, senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience utilizing CRM and sales enablement systems
  • Experience with industrial distribution is a plus
  • Up to 30% travel
  • Fluent in English
