We are looking for a Digital Designer (medior) who not only makes pixels dance, but also knows how to involve customers in his or her design choices.

With us, you don't get managers looking over your shoulder, but a team in which you share responsibility for the work. You lead customer sessions yourself, translate strategy into concept and make design decisions others are still brainstorming about. You know exactly how to bridge the gap between creativity and user-friendliness, between visual experience and UX-driven impact.

Medior Digital Designer who feels ownership. Someone who understands that good design starts with the right questions. You lead sessions with clients yourself, translate strategy into concept and make choices you can substantiate.

You combine creative thinking with UX feeling and know how to translate that balance directly into a beautiful converting design. You are curious, independent and not afraid to challenge clients (in the right way 😉 ).

🧠 What you bring

• Minimum 3 years' experience within a digital agency (so you know what it's like when deadlines and ideas clash).
• Your focus is on UX design and you substantiate why your design does work for the user (and client ;)
• You have ownership: from briefing to delivery.
• You enjoy supporting clients and leading creative sessions.
• You work independently, but also know how to strike the right chord with developers, marketers, CRO analysts and fellow designers.
• Tools? You and Figma are an inseparable duo 🫶🏻
• And if you also have some sense of motion or micro-interactions? Then we totally want to talk to you.
