At Founded, we’re looking for an event intern who truly understands students, contributes ideas to our events, and knows how to capture spontaneous, sticky content using a camera (or just your phone).

What will you do at Founded?

You’ll help us inspire students who, just like you, are curious about entrepreneurship.

You will:

Support our events…

• Help organize sessions and events that resonate with students
• Set up creative campaigns on campus—how do you reach students in unexpected ways? You know how!
• Assist with preparation, contribute during execution on-site, and ensure participants feel welcome
• Grow the Future Founders community—what platforms are hot with students right now? Experiment, analyze, and adapt quickly

…and create content that REALLY hits home

• Film (with phone or camera) during events and capture the real vibe of the moment. Whether it’s a short impression, spontaneous quote, mini-interview, or quick recap—you know how to edit footage into snappy, TikTok-friendly clips
• You don’t have to be a full-on content pro, but you do take initiative. You know what works for students, follow trends, and turn that into fast, real-life video content with pace, timing, and personality
• Add fresh ideas and short formats to our existing content—especially ones that work on TikTok and other student-frequented platforms

What do you bring?

• You’re currently studying at a university of applied sciences or research university (Communication, Media, Events, but other fields are welcome too)
• You have a hands-on mentality and help create the best possible setup for our events
• You understand TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms where students hang out
• You dare! Not afraid to approach people or put yourself in front of the camera
• You’re creative and think in possibilities
• You’re independent but also a team player when needed
• You have a good command of English
• Experience with video editing and/or photography is a plus, but enthusiasm is more important. You’re comfortable using your phone (or your own camera) and doing quick, simple edits

• Location: Offices in Groningen and Leeuwarden
• Start: September 2025
