Engineering Business/Resource Controller

Job responsibilities
Workforce PlanningĀ
- Maintenance of the headcount lists within the Workforce Planning Tool;
- Liaison with Resource Requestors to understand demand and manage local resource requests;
- Chasing of Resource Request demand and forecast inputs into the Workforce Planning Tool;
- Maintenance of Project lists within the Workforce Planning Tool in liaison with Programme representatives and the Business;
- Maintenance of Resource Deployment trackers;
- Generation and maintenance of resource KPIs;
- Analysis and reporting of engineering utilisation.
Headcount
- Maintenance of headcount trackers, including starters and leavers;
- Management of the resource on-boarding process;
- Generation of resource dashboard reports.
General management
- Data analysis for KPI reporting;
- Chasing of inputs and updates;
- Liaison with Business with regards to headcount and activity reporting.
What do you need?
- Relevant experience in planning, stakeholder management &Ā organizational capabilities (example roles; personal assistant or secretary);
- Responds flexibly to changing environment;
- Relevant experience with planning & organizing/hosting different topics;
- You have a service-oriented attitude and enjoy a dynamic position that requires you to constantly switch between tasks throughout the day.
