As a shift leader at Het Concerthuis, you'll be responsible for the daily management of the floor service. You'll work alongside four other shift leaders and, of course, the team of waitstaff. The team as a whole is led by the head of service.

The most important thing as a shift leader is that you enjoy taking charge, maintain an overview, and are a strong motivator. For this, it's essential that you have experience in serving and preferably in a similar leadership role. Furthermore, it's crucial that you can add something to the Het Concerthuis team with your personality and dedication.

What are we looking for in you:

• You will be happy with Het Concerthuis and the atmosphere there
• You love the hospitality industry and get adrenaline from busy moments
• You are flexible in your deployment
• You are available at least 2 days/evenings/nights a week
• You have at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry, serving. Management experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of specialty beer and barista experience is a strong plus, but not necessary
• Social Hygiene and Emergency Response are an advantage, but can also be achieved in the initial phase of work
