We specialize in advanced software solutions for water utilities, focusing on real-time leak detection. By leveraging AI and data analytics, we provide accurate insights that help utilities minimize water loss and optimize supply, ensuring sustainable water management.

At HULO.ai, we envision a world where water utilities are resilient, and the water cycle is sustainable for ecosystems and communities. As climate change disrupts the water cycle, clean water scarcity is becoming a pressing issue, with 30% of the world's clean water lost and utilities struggling to manage these losses.


💼 What you will do!

As a People & Culture / Security Intern, you will contribute to building an inclusive, safe, and future-ready workplace. This internship is part of our long-term goal to build a highly automated People & Culture / Security department that truly reflects and breathes HULO’s culture. You will help us lay the foundation for this vision.

In this role, you will:

  • Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

  • Contribute to policies and practices that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Assist with organizing learning and development initiatives.

  • Help improve internal communication and knowledge-sharing processes.

  • Lead your own project aimed at improving a People & Culture or security-related process.

  • Take on basic security-related tasks, such as monitoring compliance with internal policies, assisting in awareness campaigns, and supporting the safe handling of sensitive employee and company data.

  • Work closely with both the People & Culture team and IT/security colleagues to ensure a strong balance between employee experience and organizational safety.


📊 What you will bring!

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A background in HR, Business Administration, Security Studies, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • An interest in both people-related topics and digital/organizational security.

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with HR systems or tools.

  • Basic knowledge of information security or GDPR compliance.

  • Interest in start-ups and scale-ups.
