We specialize in advanced software solutions for water utilities, focusing on real-time leak detection. By leveraging AI and data analytics, we provide accurate insights that help utilities minimize water loss and optimize supply, ensuring sustainable water management.

At HULO.ai, we envision a world where water utilities are resilient, and the water cycle is sustainable for ecosystems and communities. As climate change disrupts the water cycle, clean water scarcity is becoming a pressing issue, with 30% of the world's clean water lost and utilities struggling to manage these losses.

What you will do!

As a Business Development Intern, you support our team in strengthening how we grow and collaborate with customers. You gain hands-on experience in sales activities, while also contributing to the creation of our commercial playbooks. These playbooks capture how we work in sales and customer success and make it easier for our teams to align, share knowledge, and scale effectively.

You will:

• Support sales activities such as lead research and first outreach
• Help structure and document clear steps in sales and customer success playbooks
• Collect insights from colleagues and turn them into easy-to-use materials
• Research best practices and bring in ideas to improve our approach
• Contribute to projects that strengthen collaboration and innovation across teams

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Interest in business, sales, or strategy in an international environment

• Collaborative and open mindset with eagerness to learn

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with SaaS or tech companies
• Experience with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, or Excel
• Previous project or internship in business, sales, or customer engagement
