We specialize in advanced software solutions for water utilities, focusing on real-time leak detection. By leveraging AI and data analytics, we provide accurate insights that help utilities minimize water loss and optimize supply, ensuring sustainable water management.

What you will do!
- Develop creative concepts and content for campaigns, exhibitions, sales and brand activations
- Create content: copy, video, photography, social visuals, decks, presentations, print materials
- Co-manage HULO's social media accounts and the personal profiles of the CEO & CTO
- Use LinkedIn as a powerful distribution channel with a focus on visibility and thought leadership
- Support in setting up campaigns in HubSpot, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Create content for email flows, landing pages and campaigns within HubSpot
- Plan, organize and execute webinars, customer events, customer interviews and case studies
- Plan, organize and coordinate projects with internal stakeholders
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all communications
What you will bring!
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative marketing role (e.g., B2B, tech, or agency)
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere etc.)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and how to reach people through organic content
- Experience with CRM software systems, ideally HubSpot and ability to support ABM campaigns
- Forward-thinking, organized, and structured in your approach
- Fluent and error-free English writing skills (Dutch is a plus)
- Independent, proactive, and enjoy collaborating in a compact team
- Able to be in the Leeuwarden office 2 days per week
- If you work part-time, freelance assignments alongside your work at HULO are negotiable

Interview Process

- Skills & mindset interview – A deep dive into your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach, as well as how you collaborate, your long-term aspirations, and how they align with HULO’s mission and values. This may include a practical task or case study.
- Reference check – Speaking with your provided references to confirm experience and working style.
- Offer – If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll present you with a formal offer to join HULO.
