What you will do!
- Client Onboarding: Configure software platforms for new clients and guide them through the implementation process.
- Technical Solutions: Provide hands-on technical support and creative solutions for water network and sensor insights.
- System Configuration: Set up and customize our platform to meet specific client requirements and water management needs.
- Client Support: Train clients on effectively using our platform to maximize their water network management capabilities. Help utilities improve their networks and their insights.
- Problem Solving: Apply your technical and water expertise to address complex client challenges with practical solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to platform enhancements based on client feedback and field observations.
What you will bring!
We're looking for someone who has:
- Technical Knowledge: Moderate Python skills with the ability to understand and modify code.
- Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in water management, or engineering fields.
- Educational Background: MSc or strong BSc/BEng in a relevant field (Engineering with relevance to water and affinity with computer science).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A "MacGyver" approach to finding creative solutions to technical challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, with additional languages being a plus.
- Social Skills: The ability to work effectively with clients, regulators, and team members.
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of water distribution systems and hydraulics principles.
- Experience with IoT sensor networks and data analysis.
- Understanding of the relationship between flow and pressure in water systems.
- Background in environmental monitoring or utility operations.

- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive salary €3,500–€5,000 gross per month and potential SAR (Stock Appreciation Rights) & bonus plan. Travel will be compensated. A laptop is included and there is a monthly compensation for mobile phone.

Interview Process

- Technical assessment – A practical evaluation of your problem-solving skills, focusing on how you approach vague client requests and find effective solutions.

- Reference check – We'll contact your provided references to confirm your experience and working approach.
