Healthcare Psychologist (GZ)

Inter-Being Psychologists is a small-scale, specialised mental health care organisation with locations in Amsterdam and Groningen. Our international team primarily focuses on treating expats and international students with a wide range of psychological difficulties. We work from a holistic perspective, with attention to systemic, physical, and existential aspects of being human.

What will you do?

• Conduct intake assessments, diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
• Provide short-term (Basic GGZ) and long-term (Specialised GGZ) treatment
• Act as principal practitioner (regiebehandelaar)
• Supervise and guide master’s-level psychologists
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Maintain accurate administrative records
• Liaise with referring professionals
• Contribute to organisational development

• Salary according to CAO GGZ (FWG 65)
• €1,500 additional annual training budget

Who are we looking for?

• BIG-registered Healthcare Psychologist (GZ)
• Available at least 24 hours per week
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent English (B2/C1)
• Dutch proficiency at B2 level is a nice to have
• Additional language skills are a plus
