Implementation Specialist

About the Role

You’ll be involved in analyzing customer requirements, configuring our solutions, and providing ongoing support during the onboarding phase. Your goal is to ensure customers have the best possible experience when integrating Klippa’s products into their business processes.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of Klippa’s software solutions for our clients. You’ll be the bridge between our technical teams and our customers, guiding them through the setup process, answering questions, and ensuring the software works flawlessly for their needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Onboarding customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of Klippa’s solutions.
• Configuring and customizing solutions based on the client’s specific requirements.
• Providing training and ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase.
• Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure the solution is properly integrate and meets client expectations.
• Handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions to implementation-related challenges.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in software and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and passionate about delivering the best experience to our clients. You are a problem-solver who can think on your feet and find the right solutions.

You also:

• Have a strong interest in software and technology—you love learning and keeping up with new developments.
• Have experience in a customer-facing role (preferably related to implementation or support).
• Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working closely with customers to ensure their success.
• Are based in Groningen, or are willing to work from our Groningen office.

Here’s what we provide:

A full-time (40-hour) position as an Implementation Consultant.Competitive salary with OTE earnings between €45.000 and €90.000 per year (50/50 fixed & bonus split).
Fixed salary ranging between €2500 and €5000 per month, depending on experience.
A performance-based bonus structure that rewards successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
25 vacation days per year (based on a full-time contract) plus 8% holiday allowance.
A company laptop and a hybrid (flexible) work environment.The opportunity to work from our Groningen office.
