Performance Marketeer

What will you do?
As our Performance Marketeer, you will be the engine behind our user acquisition. You won't just be setting up campaigns; you will analyze, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts to achieve maximum impact.
Your main responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
- Creator Collaborations: You will be in charge of setting up and managing strategic collaborations and partnerships with content creators to promote StreamLadder.
- Data Analysis: Dive deep into the data to fully understand the performance of your campaigns. You will monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROI, and LTV and adjust as needed.
- A/B Testing: You are constantly looking for improvements. You will test everything: from ad copy and visuals to target audiences and landing pages.
- Growth Hacking: Identify new channels and untapped opportunities to reach and activate our target audience of content creators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our content team to ensure the perfect creative execution for your campaigns and share your insights to strengthen our overall marketing strategy.
Who are you?
You are a results-oriented marketer with a passion for the digital world. You think in funnels, breathe data, and know exactly how to use a budget effectively to drive growth.
- You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in performance marketing, online advertising, or a similar growth role.
- You have demonstrable, hands-on experience with ad platforms such as TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- You are data-driven and analytically strong. You can not only read data but also translate it into concrete action points.
- You have an affinity for the creator economy, gaming, streaming (Twitch/YouTube), and social media. You understand our target audience.
- You are proactive, independent, and bursting with creative and commercial ideas.
- You have a Bachelor's/Master's level of working and thinking (but a degree is not required).
Bonus points for:
- Experience with marketing for SaaS products or mobile apps.
- Experience with customer data platforms like PostHog to retarget users through ads and email.
- Knowledge of SEO/ASO.
- Experience with video editing tools (you know what our users do).
