Production team leader

As Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team within our operations department. You translate our organisation's goals into concrete team objectives, organise and monitor daily operations, and actively steer for quality, safety and efficiency.
You are the link between the departmental management and the production employees and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You create a working environment where employees are motivated and continuously want to improve.

Together with all professionals, we form Noardling, based in Sneek and a global player with a rich history in designing and manufacturing products that can be found everywhere in the water cycle.
What will you do:
- You will lead our foremen and production teams.
- You translate departmental goals into clear team objectives.
- You monitor the progress, quality and output of the production process.
- You initiate and supervise improvement processes and cooperation.
- You promote a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.
- You will contribute to the strategic planning of the department
What we ask:
- MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably towards Engineering, Logistics or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented attitude.
- You know how to motivate and grow teams.
- Knowledge of Lean/5S is a plus.
