Human Resources Intern

The Opportunity
With this opportunity, we want to help you grow and gain valuable experience within the HR and Project Management field. Do you have an affinity for projects and do you often take the initiative during university projects? As our Human Resources Intern, you will have the chance to gain practical experience in a variety of fields within HR. You will participate in a wide range of projects, such as Compensation Strategy, Culture, Strategic Workforce Planning, role profiles and many more. You will also work together with different departments and colleagues in building out projects, of course with the help and assistance of our HR team. They will help you navigate the Youwe experience, but when in need of help you can of course also turn to fellow team members and other colleagues.
Your focus areas and key responsibilities will be:
- Work independently and with a team to manage a wide range of internal HR Projects and the stakeholders involved;
- Support the HR Projects team in building up the projects agenda and planning for 2026;
- Connect input & brainstorm ideas;
- Take ownership of projects;
- Contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

To apply for this role it is important that you qualify for the following:
- You are available for an internship starting September of 2025 (for 5-6 months), for 32-40 hours per week;
- You are registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University.
- Experience in leading and executing projects (study projects included);
- You are currently enrolled in a study related to HRM, Strategic Innovation Management, International Business or similar on HBO/WO level;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
