Better together

It helps when stakeholders speak with one voice. To get governments and research, knowledge, and educational institutions onboard, the Life Science and Medical Technology-oriented SMEs united in the Healthy Aging Business Cooperative UA.

Collaboration improves efficiency. Organising common training courses, jointly purchasing chemicals and lab materials, and visiting international trade fairs all happen collaboratively. The LIFE Cooperative also found that when different stakeholders in the same sector join forces, interesting possibilities emerge. Chains can be created to develop new services in areas such as biomarker validation and 3D printing.
