Aquilo is a small and flexible contract research organization (CRO) founded in 2015 as a spin-off company from the University of Groningen. We are focused and specialized in respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD and lung fibrosis.

Mission

Aquilo aims to support clients with drug development in respiratory research by delivering high quality service.

EXPERTISE

The team of Aquilo has vast expertise in lung diseases, hence we are able to support the development of novel therapies using clinical and preclinical disease models. We also facilitate in making custom study designs and are open to implementing tailor made models.
EXPERIENCE

With experience of over 10 years, our scientists at Aquilo are fully trained to advice on designing and guiding your study. Furthermore, the team of (bio)technicians has experience with all the relevant in vitro, in vivo and ex vivo lung models.
