What are you going to do?

EQOM and its subsidiaries (parent organisation of EDC Retail, known for the EasyToys brand) has certified its IT processes ISO 270012. Improving these processes is a continuous process. To this end, we are looking for a student to support us in this process. ISO 27001 is a quality standard with multiple disciplines. This can be very technical, but also, for example, business-related. Therefore, it does not necessarily have to be an IT internship (but can be!).

What can you help us with and get an exciting (challenging) internship assignment?

•  Improve already established processes and procedures in the ISMS;
• Documenting existing business processes;
• Documenting information flows and systems (IT landscape);
• Implement Identity and Access Management in the form of an authorisation matrix;
• Setting up or adapting information systems.

You will be working both theoretically and practically, which ensures variety in your work! Available to both Dutch-speaking and international students with the possibility of working partly from home (remote). Your work will be for EQOM SSC B.V., but your internship will be offered by EDC Retail. This is all part of the same organisation. Also take a look at for an impression of the company.

Who are you?

• You have (basic) knowledge of information management and security;
• You are studying a relevant HBO course, and you are in your 2nd or 3rd year;
• You have a good command of the English language.
