Project and facility manager

Agra International is a mobility office that organises internships and study projects abroad for our mainly French clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player and people-person for our job/internship vacancy.

The candidate(s) should:

• Have at least a very good command of English and French (spoken and written). A command of other European languages like Dutch or Spanish would be advantageous.
• Have very good social skills and be able to communicate well on several levels (management level as well as with adolescents).
• Be calm under pressure.
• Be able to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Be able to look at things from an overall perspective, as well as keeping an eye for detail.
• Be comfortable with making outbound telephone calls.
• Be proactive, flexible, and service minded.
• Be positive, constructively critical, and able to work in a structured manner.
• Be willing to travel as part of the job, to visit our French clients in France or to start up projects abroad

You will have a responsible and varied role in a young and dynamic International team, with a great variety of study backgrounds (Languages, Social Geography, Arts, Law, etc.). You will communicate in the French language on a daily basis. You will work in the historical city centre of Groningen and you will have your own workspace. Travel costs for work trips are fully reimbursed. In case of an internship you will also receive an internship remuneration. An internship is with a view towards a position within the company. If suitability within the role is proven, a job will be offered at the end of the internship.

Potential tasks will be:

• Creating and organising projects (study projects or internship programs for French vocational schools).
• Assisting our sales department with facility management (e.g. transport, lodging).
• Acquisition at French educational institutions.
• Maintaining the correct and precise use of our D-bases.
