Your Role & Mission

The Content creator will be a dynamic force within the team, tasked with conceptualizing, creating, and finalizing visual content. This role will focus on filming and photographing products and lifestyle content for external partners, social media channels, and marketing efforts, as well as editing and creating motion graphics for these projects. The role demands a blend of creative vision and technical skill, with a significant focus on content creation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, setup, and execution of content shoots, both video and photo, adapting to various environments.
• Engage deeply in the creative process, collaborating with the Creative Director and content team to develop concepts from inception to final output.
• Manage and operate a wide range of technical equipment and software, enhancing the quality and impact of content.
• Execute shoots on location or in-studio as required, showcasing flexibility and creativity to meet project needs.
• Collaborate with freelancers and external partners on larger projects, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Maintain and manage provided equipment, with the opportunity to incorporate personal gear into projects.

Job requirements

Your Portfolio

• Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, 3D rendering, camera operation, photography, lighting, directing, photo editing, and sound design.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, and Notion.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• A compelling portfolio or reel demonstrating a high level of skill and a unique style.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to execute shoots efficiently and within specified timelines.

Your Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Bruto Salary - €30-42k (Depending on experience) for 40-hour work week.
• Travel compensation depending on your location.
