Your Role & Mission

As our Social Media Manager, your role is pivotal in amplifying our brand’s digital presence and engagement levels. You will harness the power of social media trends, oversee the strategic distribution of multi-platform content, foster community interaction, and deliver actionable insights to refine and optimize our content strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute content calendars for synchronized posting across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to guide the evolution of our content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences.
  • Foster dynamic engagement with our online community, managing responses to comments and direct messages, and exploring potential collaborations with influencers in coordination with our Influencer Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and sales, to maintain a cohesive and effective online brand presence.
  • Create and curate compelling content, balancing creativity with brand consistency across images, videos, and copy.

Job requirements

Your Portfolio

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, ideally within the ecommerce, technology, or fashion sectors.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content organization skills, underpinned by a strategic approach to content planning.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with social media planning tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Demonstrated ability in photography and videography, enhancing content quality and engagement.
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively across teams and departments.

Your Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Bruto Salary - €30-42k (Depending on experience) for 40-hour work week.
  • Travel compensation depending on your location.
